Kathy takes a shot at a 270# back squat. Although she didn't quite make the rep, she still put up 255#. She'll be up on the wall of fame for a long time!

I did 23 rounds. I subbed the 5 ring dips for 10 normal dips. My arms are dead.

Not sure if I counted every round or not, but I got 29 in 30:02.

I was at a gathering with my team at work. I didn't realize I was going to be there all evening.
