"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Post time to comments.

Compare to 090101.

Butts up! One of the easiest ways to modify a handstand push up is to find an elevated object, prop your feet up on it, and walk your hands back as close to the object as possible. The closer you can get your hands to the to the object, the more vertical your upper body becomes, and the more realistic the movement becomes. It's also way harder! Try keeping your legs straight and push your butt up as high as possible. We obviously have our work cut out for us based on the picture above.

I love and hate Murph at the same time. Hate, hate, hate it while doing it, but I love the feeling after. 38:06 for me today. Good luck!

No Really, its a nice day and i want to spend some time with her. the dog park is 1.5 miles away and there is a kiddie playground there. So we can run there, I will put her in the park do the 100,200,300 and then rung back :)

Took Kathy's idea and did a half-murph at the local playground. Scared all the kids away doing excessive amounts of pull ups, push ups and squats.

Nice job, Jerome. 30:45 for me. Perfect day here for this WOD. Don't blame you for doing this one outside, Kathy. You crack me up, Eric.

36:08 was my time, not 38:06. Jason, you cheated.
