Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

It's not fair posting that picture of Jess and Lill without mentioning that they kicked George's and my *** on Helen.

Ahaha, a belated thanks, Eric! You should have seen us today. It was just the Liliana and I, and Jason changed up the workout~ it was a million push jerk reps and tricep dips. Well, it felt like a million. I fully expect another photo of us laying exhausted on the floor. :)
