Guillermo, Andrew, Eddie, and Albert (and Kaiser!) after completing Wednesday's 30 minute WOD. Everyone's conditioning has improved significantly over the last month. Great job for pushing yourselves and finishing the workout strong!

How many rounds did Kaiser do? Does he bark at you if you are slacking?
Kaiser is a coach, and he'll stand over your head if you're caught resting during the sit ups!
