Five rounds for time of:
5 Muscle-ups
135 pound Power clean, 10 reps
Run 220 meters

If you cannot do muscle ups, sub 3x pull-ups/dips for each muscle up. Scale as needed.

My last set of 15 pull ups was scaled because I ripped a callous off... got 7/15 though. Yet another injury to add to my list of battle wounds!

that was a "refreshing" one this morning. Did maybe 2 rounds of muscle-ups, then converted to pull-ups/dips. 32mins with 115 on the bar.
