Saturday 100529

CrossFit Roselle will be closed today and Monday 100531 for Memorial Day Weekend.

If you're itching to workout over the long weekend, try the following and post your time to comments:

For time:
30 burpees
400m run
15 mountain climbers (three steps followed by a push-up counts as 1 rep)
800m run
15 mountain climbers
400m run
30 burpees

If you've gone 5 days straight this week, GOOD luck to you if you do this one on your own!

My body is shot and begging for a 3 day rest.

A few of us went to Lake Park H.S. track today to do this WOD. Great cardio! We started out with the following warm up:

- Stretch
----------
2x of:
100m Run
25 Situps
100m Run
5 Jumping Squats

Here are the following WOD times:
Liliana - 14:25
Andy - 16:10
Lyia - 17:20
Norberto - 17:21 (Row 500m & 1000m)
Monty - 17:57
JJ - 18:03
Albert - 19:48
Caty - 23:32

We all finished just in time before the storm came. Litterally! We got into our cars and it started pouring!!!

Did a "light weight Arnie" today since I only have a 25 lb kb here at home.
