8:04 was my time this morning...who's going to beat that? Challenge! I felt like I did pretty good but I could use some speed on my sit ups, though I do touch my arm pits to my knees every time. Who's got it like that? =)

Yeah totally forgot to say congrtulations. Congrats on your Crossfit Kids Cert. Can't wait til you implement it into Crossfit Roselle.

By the way, Jason came back in a good mood. No one piss him off today. His new ideas on how he's going to run the sessions are good and made it a real good workout today.
