I have a bike and some roller blades with protective gear to sell for cheap if anyone's interested!

Solar, when are you going to put a profile picture up?

What kind of bike?

Haha! I'll have to get Jason to take a pic of me tomorrow morning.

It's a white Murray women's bike. It has an odometer, and last October, I had the bakes and wiring completely redone... and I put a new seat on it.

Look at Sarah and Tanya. They are having a nice conversation while they are working out. ha

Jason, you are going to have to make it harder for them by adding more weight.

I still see you in that corner, Sarah!

There's a CF Level 1 certification in Arlington Heights at the end of July if anyone is interested. It will sell out quickly.

I will be doing sit ups all day to try and get a high number. Here's my strategy:

1 box jump/box climb
1 KB swing
1 med ball clean
as many push ups as I can bust out.
sit ups for the rest of the time.

Great workout. Norberto, if you need some tips, let me know. 263!

Solar, I'm interested in the bike. And I have no idea who you are still. :) But I'd def like to try it out... is it a roadbike?

Jessica, if I'm correct, "Solar" is Amanda.

Solar is Amanda!

My email address is solarinth@gmail.com. I don't really know what you mean by a road bike, but it doesn't have the skinny, smooth tires on it. It's a 10-speed.I bought it at a yard sale last year, spend $80 having the brakes and wiring redone to make it safe and ridable at some custom bike shop in Arlington Heights. I'd be happy to get $30-$40 for it.
