Sumo deadlifts, 5 x 5

For Time:
185 pound barbell, Shoulder to overhead, 20 reps
40 Burpees

Partition as needed, any order.


It didn't take him long to follow his brother and get his first muscle up. Way to go, Jimmy!

Hey I was wondering if anyone is interested in running the 5K in Roselle on June 6th? I think I mentioned it to a few people but never really got a reply. I know Sarah and her family is running. We figure it's a good opportunity to wear out Crossfit shirts and promote our gym. Let's show them what we can do. Anyone???
