10 Handstand push-ups
115#/75# Squat clean, 10 reps
10 L-pull-ups

Scale/modify as needed.

Ok. All you people that say a workout was refreshing....STOP!!! There isn't one CrossFit WOD that is refreshing.

im ok. minus that i have to blow my nose every 3mins. hopefully i can breath later. i will just take it slow. otherwise i feel way better than last fri and sat.
