5 rounds for time of the following:

10 body weight dead lifts
9 knees to elbows
8 box jumps, 24"
7 pull-ups
6 burpees
5 clapping push-ups
4 broad jumps, 6'
3 handstand push-ups
2 muscle ups
1 forward roll


New members Emilio and Jimmy crushed the squat cleans during Thursday's WOD.

Does today's WOD look familiar to anyone? We did this exactly 1 year ago today. This was how the original workout was written up - with 2 muscle ups. I had to change it to walking lunges at the last minute since we had only 2 members who could do them. Imagine where we'll be in another year...Keep up the great work!!!

This is a fun workout. Keeps it interesting the whole time.

Good job Jimmy on yesterday's WOD. Jason is hearing the footsteps. He hasn't heard those in a long time.

Jason needs to add more of these rolls in our workouts. Then we will see pukie more often.
