I'll see you guys in a week. I need to take some time off. The stomach pain will not go away. Lets see if letting rest helps it out.
16:05 for today's WOD. Didn't have rings so just did normal dips. J, I did 25 and 25 on the DU's!!!
I'm ready for this. My double under PR of 8 still stands as the gym's max rep double under record!!
So all I need to do finish under 16:05, do ring dips, and get 26 DU's in a row to beat my bro in all areas. Can do!

Of course if I knew I had to get 26 in a row I would have been able too!! Also add on 25 seconds for me going from one side of the gym to the other!

Crazy! I probably would've passed out with this one! Good job to all those who made it through. Thank God for Gus's b-day falling today :)
