That pic looks like me at my first workout at the original Crossfit Roselle!! J, what's a good sub for abmat situps? My gym doesn't have one.
I remember that day! You can roll or fold up a small towel and place under your low back, or you can just do regular sit-ups. Use an anchor for your feet only if needed.
