So after yesterday's workout, how do you feel you're doing since starting the 90-day challenge? What do you think of today's workout, both before and after?

I guess I'll start it today. From what I saw yesterday, we pretty much had improvements across the board since the start of the challenge. The hard part will be maintaining that through the Holidays.
Yeah, I think I did improve a little, but this workout makes me feel sick. I had to go home and lay down for about an hr. Will see what happens at the finally.
