For those who have an iPhone there is a cool app called Tally Counter. Its free and is just a counter. This helped me keep track of my laps since 43 is a bit much. Worked great

Jason Just thought of something I'd like to put on the list. How about you go out and get us a leg extension machine so I can continue with my squat therapy.
Instead of running the 5K, I did "Shoveling". This WOD was super hard. Did not use snow blower. All done with a shovel. This was some heavy and thick snow and ice.

Ran my 5k indoors this morning. Big difference running on flat ground in a temperature controlled area. I was able to really push it this time:
