Wednesday 100728

Power clean, 5 sets x 3 reps

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 ring dips
10 box jumps, 24"/20"
10 push ups
20 squats

*4 burpees on the minute every minute!!!

Crossfit, to me, seems like something that, if everyone gave it a shot, then everyone would love it. That
video makes me think that maybe I'm wrong, because with some people its about what's easy. Sometimes I forget that some people prefer an eternity of ignorance rather deal with the "2 minutes" of hell to reach enlightenment. Thanks for the vid Norberto - makes me appreciate what we've found.
