"Fight Gone Bad!"
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Add your points for your total score.Reminder: CrossFit Kids will be starting Wednesday 100714! CrossFit Roselle members are welcome to bring there kids for a free two week trial. The new evening times are also taking effect on that day, so please be sure to adjust your schedule accordingly.

Those two were found living in the gym. They lived off only water and chalk.

Fight Gone Bad was fun this morning. New PR for me 256. Very happy with my results.
Who's bringing their kids to Crossfit Kids this week? 3-18 years old. Bring them. Its a trial week for free. We need ginny pigs.
