CrossFit Roselle Kids classes start today! The teens are up first today at 3:45pm, and the pre-school and pre-teen classes begin tomorrow. Check out the new hours under the schedule tab to the right. Adults, don't forget that the evening hours today are at 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm.

It was harder than what I expected. The running was the best part for me. I would look forward for runs instead. Good luck to all on this one if Rx'd.
I wish I could make this one... the 430 time makes it too much of a tight fit because I have to be in Naperville by 6pm. Sadness! Sounds like a good one though, and see you all tomorrow!
this is emmitt, if anyone is interested in doing some running on sunday at 12pm let me know it is going to be some sprint type stuff, and we can meet at the gym. and no i want tell you what it is lol.
