We're also just over halfway through the 90-day challenge. How do you feel you're doing? What seems to be working/not working for you as far as dieting?

My diet has gone out the door. Between kids and holiday sweets it's tough. I just can't seem to get through the weekends without falling off the wagon.
My diet is there but I need to do better. Baffulo Pizza is to good. LOL But i am doing good.
My diet is there too. A lot better than I have ever done it before. I'll eat some cheetos here and there from my kids. I eat honey nut cheerios at night. But, overall, througout the day. I'm doing good. I am lossing about 1 - 2 lbs a week. I am down to 34" waist in pants from a 38".

Yeah I need help with my diet. Overall I seem to eat pretty good and I have been pushing myself to eat more vegetables. However, honey nut cheerios and CHOCOLATE seem to dominate my diet. I try to eat dark chocolate though so I guess that's good haha. I have also been maintaining my weight so if I cut out some chocolate maybe my weight will go down.
Like Norberto, between the holidays and being awake my diet has also gone out the door. Wait... I don't think I ever really started a diet...that's it I'm going to do a strict 30 day challenge.
Yeah Guille, and stopping off at Burrito Fantastico on your way to Burger King for breakfast doesn't help either.
