Partner Workout

In groups of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following:
1000m row
25 Turkish get-ups, 35#/20#
50 burpees

The numbers above are the total meters/reps per group per round. Each partner must complete at least 1 row/rep of each exercise per round, and partners cannot perform the same exercise at the same time. Each round must be fully completed before moving on to the next round.


Liliana cheers on her daughter during Saturday's Tabata Something Else. We had another great turnout this past Saturday. Who's in favor of opening a 9:30AM class on Saturdays?

Also, beginning in January, we will be offering additional classes throughout the weekday. Please let me know what hours you would like to see open up.

Is a single arm lift considered a completed Turkish Get Up, or a lift with each arm?

1 lift with either arm counts as a rep. You should alternate arms with each rep.

I'm sure a 9:30a session on Saturday's would be good.

This morning session groups:

Liliana(10lbs)(500m row)/Erin(15lbs)(500m row) - 2 Rounds + 15 TGs + 13 Burpees

Andy(25lbs)(500m row)/Nena(5lbs)(250m row) - 2 Rounds + 9 TGs + 12 Burpees

Going to run tonight instead my shoulders are hurting form last week and the competition over the weekend.

BTW I won by about 6 pounds, had a terrible snatch about 20 pounds less then my PR. results below, weight is in Kilos - Medal is in the mail.
