Wednesday 091125

Due to the weather, we may have to go with an alternate WOD. But for now, I had to go with the main site WOD.

400 meter Walking lunge

We can scale/modify the above to fit each person's fitness level. Don't shy away today just because you don't like lunges - we can always come up with something new!

Those walking lunges weren't as bad as they look. It was nice to do them outside. As long as its not raining I suggest everyone do them. If you do them say good bye to your ass cheeks.

This morning's results:
Liliana - 14:23 = 389 steps
Norberto - 18:24 = 350 steps (apprrox)

These were a KILLER on the legs...I thought it was never going to end.

I went to a high shcool here in El Paso and went around the 400m track. I did this with my nephew, Jr., who is now a new member at CrossFit out here. I took him the first time I was here and signed up.

We forgot to count our steps. But, that was the last thing I worried about. I just wanted to finish.
