Liliana goes overhead with 65# during Fran. Congratulations on completing it as prescribed! Many of you had new PR's yesterday. Does anyone attribute the improvement to their diet (90-day challenge)?

After I have been eating right I feel like a million bucks. My performance has increased tremendously. I also got a new Pr yesterday. I beat my previous time by 18 seconds. Thanks to 90 day challenge.
Thought I'd share this. I FIT in my size 34" waist jeans! They still feel just a bit tight around the thighs, but Lydia says they look fine.
Biggest I've been was getting tight with 38" waist.
