Crossfit Roselle will be running 3 classes today: 6am, 5pm, and 6pm.

I did today's WOD w/o the pull up part...that portion of the gym was being used. I did it in 11:40 with the 35lb :) Trying to get back in shape and 55lb was too much after yesterday's wod. 21 on yesterdays
