Warm-up

15 sit ups
15 pull ups
15 kettle bell swings, 55/35
15 overhead squats, barbell

WOD
Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps


If you are not yet able to do a proper overhead squat, we'll have you work on power snatches and overhead squats during today's WOD. If you're not yet comfortable with the snatch movement itself, we'll cut the weight and work on form/technique.
