This one was a real puker! Literally!

13:29 (substituted 95lb for 135lb and 21 pull ups an dips for the 7 MU)

This one was very tiring.

not rx, did the 135lb but not the real muscle ups. Substituted muscle ups with floor muscle ups to get the movement down.

This WOD knocked me out of commission for a bit. DNF. My right shoulder has been giving me fits lately, and this WOD took it to the next level. Goodbye to all upper body exercises for a while, hello legs and core!!!
