I don't have thin rope so double unders are impossible...instead I tripled the jump ropes so I did 150, 120, 90, 60, and 30. I did sit ups as RX'd.

Hey J, when are Dara and Candice going to start posting!? I'd like to see how they are doing.

I did as Rx'd in 8:24. My DUs are getting better, but pretty pathetic by CrossFit standards. My stomach was still hurting from 2 days ago.

I'll get on Dara and Candice. They were to start posting this week.

Did 2x single unders / sit ups. 35/30/20/15/10 reps. Didn't time it. Followed by some double under skill work.
