Jerome and Jeff scaling the wall. We did the
WOD after a day of climbing. It definitely did
a number on our grip.


Speaking of grip, we need to get one of these
boards in the gym. My forearms were hurting
from just looking at this thing!

My shoulder is still a bit sore, so I passed on the split jerks. I'm also quite sore from yesterday's WOD as well as from climbing and basketball.

I worked on my front squats and wrist flexibility as well as double unders.

Jason, try rolling out right beehind the armpit like I was suggesting the other days helps out the tightnessm

Jeff and I didn't have access to a gym where we could do split jerks so we made due with what we had. I ran 30 minutes on the treadmill and then did a modified FRAN (40lb dumbell swings and pushups)

Jeff did a 300 rep workout with a multiple number of exercises followed by 15 min on the bike.
