This one was another tough one because of those damn burpees. They really slow you down. Still did better than expected. 8:32 Rx

Burpees kill me. I needed to scale down on the deadlifts down to 185lbs due to straining my lower back. But it is better for sure even after doing the 185lbs.

I didn't think I would be able to finish 5 rounds, but I did it. 9:25 (Not Rx, Safety first)

Eric: 5:24 135#, 8 burpees/rd

Dara: 5:31 45#, 5 burpees/rd

Jason: 4:58 as Rx'd
