Jason, looking good man. This is Norberto from Crossfit Tri-Cities. I visited you right before the Chicago Marathon. I'm glad to see you're getting up and running. I like the new site too. I will be checking the site out regularly. It would be nice to do Crossfit closer to home in Roselle.

The clean and jerk is one of my weaker lifts. I did 5 sets of 5 reps, 135 pounds, working on form. Still plenty of room to improve.

Glad to hear from you! I've made a few changes to the gym which opened it up a bit. I can get 4 people in at a time, giving it more of the CrossFit feel. The pricing structure has also changed, making it competitive with the others. Stop by or give me a call some time. Hope your training is going well!
