My two brothers are in town, one is from South Africa (Jeff, blue T) and the other from Tulsa, OK (Jeremy, or Jerome, red T). Jeff is the one who got Jerome and I started in CrossFit. We e-mail our results from the daily WOD each morning. Below are some pics from Nasty Girls. The one with Jerome next to the bucket was right after he met Pukie.

What were thier times?
This one was tough. If the box jumps didn't wreck me for the deadlifts the deadlifts killed me for the pull ups.

Goal was to finish under 40 minutes or at least before then next session started.
I don't have the actual times with me, but Jerome finished in 13:29 and I think Jeff finished just over 19 min. I had to withdraw after completing 6 of the muscle ups in round 2.
Both Jerome and Jeff substituted 3 pull-ups, 3 dips for 1 muscle up. Jerome also scaled to 95# on the power hang cleans.
