Definately a TOUGH one! It is some heavy weight!!! I was fortunate to be able to complete this as RX. My time was 18:53.

JJ, you should do good on this one.

Great strenght and cardio wod! This would be good to do in a month to see our improvement

Great WOD...didn't RX.

Used 45 lbs and 75 lbs, since Jason said to make sure it was 30lb difference. Wow, it was a tough one for me, even with that weight.

This wod was very hard on me.

It was great to have Jason on my right and Andy across from me training. I became much more focused on finishing. After finishing, ON the Floor ON my Back.
