Husband and wife battled side-to-side yesterday during the burpee/wall ball WOD. Andy pulled ahead early and was barely able to hold his lead over Lydia. Both finished with impressive times under 9 minutes. I see a rematch in the near future!

I really thought Lidia would catch him in the 3rd or 4th round. It was a good race to watch.
I could'nt breath, and taking time to blow my nose waisted some of the time. I knew Andy had me on this one because he is good at wallballs. Definitely rematch next time. It was fun!;)
