Perform 7 sets of the following sequence for 1 round:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push-Press
Back Squat
Push-Press
Complete 5 rounds
Post loads. Rest as needed between rounds. You can rest during a set, but you cannot place the bar on the ground. Click here for a demo.

This one even looks tough!
That's cause it is tough. This one sucks. Trying to figure what weight to use.
Looks like a "fun" one. Hopefully I'm not working tonight and can attend this one!
This is a great workout that is different and works your body out in a different type of way.
