Monday 101011

Strength/Skill:
1-armed dumbbell thrusters, 4 sets x 5 reps (each arm)

WOD:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Handstand push-ups
5 Power cleans, 185#/125#
200m run

Scale/modify as needed. If you are not doing the workout as Rx'd, and you are able to perform the scaled/modified handstand push-ups or power cleans unbroken each round, you are scaling/modifying too light (unless you are new)!!!

Another note, if you have to break up your sets of handstand push-ups or power cleans (which you should - see above), don't dog it during the run! You'll have time to recover during the other movements, so run as fast as you can!!!
