Ten rounds for time of:
Run 150 meters
7 Chest to bar pull-ups
135 pound Front squat, 7 reps
7 Handstand push-ups

Scale reps/rounds/weight as needed.

Damn, Nick! That's hard to beat just thinking about it. I'm laying off my shoulder for a bit, but I'll definitely give it a whirl asap. Gonna have to post notes with your name and your time all over the gym in the meantime...:)
