Three rounds, each for time of:
10 burpees
20 box jumps, 24"/20"
30 kettlebell swings, 55#/35#
40 push press, 45#/35#
50 abmat sit-ups
Rest exactly 2 minutes between each round. Post times to complete for each round.

What do think about a contest for current members - most referrals from now through the end of the year gets a prize. Suggestions for prizes? Weightlifting shoes, free month, personal training sessions?
