Sorry guys for late notice, but the 6 and 7 PM classes are cancelled tonight!!!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

If someone participating in the 90-day challenge trains consistently outside CrossFit Roselle during the contest (in addition to the WOD at the gym), do you consider it cheating? Why?

Sorry guys for late notice, but the 6 and 7 PM classes are cancelled tonight!!!

After some more thought I wouldn't consider it cheating. I think it could possibly hurt the person if anything. Like Eric mentioned in an earlier post, they could get burned out quick.

No, I plan to walk/run with my dog every day during the challenge but that is more for her sanity, she's a nut job if she doesn't get walked/ran nearly everyday, other than that I really don't plan on doing anything I normally don't do, occasional mountain biking or ski trip this winter.

No, everyone is going to do there own thing. Everyone will eat differently and some will workout more then others. That's why it's a contest....

C'mon last chance workout!!!

Yeah I have to agree. It's a competition. Whatever you do outside of Crossfit is up to you. Of course, you have to keep in mind that 90 days can be a long time if you are working out twice or three times a day.

I honestly think all you have to do is workout on a daily basis and eat healthy everyday. I don't think you have to kill yourself. I lost 30lbs in two months and have kept them off. I did it by eating healthy everyday and doing cardio. Not everything on the menu was tasty but it got me through the day. Of course, I did have a few goodies from time to time but I didn't over do it. My goal is to lose another 40lbs by May 2010.

I agree. Not cheating. And it's ridiculous to me that this many of us are up and posting so early! :) Happy birthday, Dara!

Jason, are you going to put a cycling bike inside the gym?

I plan to run and ride bike. Like I said, I'm just planning it. Prolly won't happen!

Does anyone remember last time we did today's WOD?

I want to say I only did 11 or 12 Rounds, but I want to see how much I beat it by today.

Today
14 Rounds + 11 pullups

The last time this workout came up was August 13 this year.

Happy birthday, Eric!

Thought I would share this. Today I had a Turkey Burger with the norm of lettuce (romaine), tomatoe, added cucumber slices and very little mustard. However, instead of the bread, I substituted for Portbella Mushrooms. First time I've had it like that and it was good. Got that recipe from Biggest Loser. You should try it. Oh, I grilled the mushroom and of course the turkey burger.

Beyond the Whiteboard?

Great idea Andy. There's a local burger chain in California that offers to substitute a lettuce wrap for the bun. I wish they all would do that.

I hear there are a lot of unpublished items at these chains. It's worth asking..

I never eat a bun with the burger (intestinal colitis) If you want to eat lower carb at a restaurant you can always ask to hold the bun and ask for lettuce leaves (otherwise they usually give you shredded lettuce)
You'll get used to it.
Also, the crock pot is your friend...
