Yes it can actually. You can make yourself a nice 4 block meal with those ingrediants. 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1 cup of milk, approx 3 tblspns if that almond butter, not sure how much of tht protien powder and you got yourself a balanced 4 block zoned meal. I would sub 3 scrambled eggs for the protien to have a more filling breakfast.

I have to say that today was funny. There was this big muscular dude who has been there for about a month. As we were warming up, I had said to him that this workout was going to suck. He told me that it didn't look bad and that he would be able to get through this quickly. In my mind, I was like, "No Way"....Sure enough, he was not able to finish the workout. He quit early.

After I finished he humbly came to me and said I had good form on my Clean & Jerk. I wanted to say, "Next time leave your ego outside before you enter the gym", but I just said "Thanks"

Andy, you're a badass. Show them Texans what real Crossfit is! :) Also, I'm going to say (not as fancily as Norberto) that is Jason has all of those things in his house, that must mean that they are part of the diet. Just a guess. :)
