Please note that there will be no 7PM classes Wednesday through Friday of this week!!! Saturday 9AM class will also be cancelled. All other classes will be held as scheduled.

Ran my 5k this morning. Ran it comfortably but a little slower than last time. Still happy. Great morning to do this. Felt good.

Richard, this one sucks as bad as it looks. As a Crossfitter now this is a WOD all Crossfitters should do. Good luck with it. You'll be proud once you're done.
