We had a great turnout for the 90-Day Challenge! The Challenge ends on 100130, at which time we will determine the winners of the three different categories - overall weight loss, body shape improvement, and overall fitness improvement. It's not too late to enter - you have until Saturday Nov. 7 to register.

There is a cheater amongst us. I just got word that one of our members will be going to a global gym for additional cycling workouts to try and win this 90 day challenge. Breaks my heart.
By cheating I mean going to a global gym.
Who?!? But, I thought of doing that too... Then, I was thinking that would be cheating....So I wouldn't and will not do that..... Whoever thinks of doing something like that, think twice..... Good thing I didn't pick up the fake membership card.
I don't think it would be cheating. But why not just spend another hour at the gym and do an extra 5K on the rower a few days a week? I'd burn out doing that, but you young bucks could probably handle it.
Well, my 90 days has yet to begin, but I feel like the question is: Is the 90 day workout solely based on Crossfit, or is it whatever our best effort is using Crossfit and anything else we can? :)
I promise I'm not dead. I'll be in tomorrow.

I did this workout in approx 17 min. I had to run across the gym to make it to the treadmil so I'm not sure how much time that added. It was a good workout though!
