Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with 1/2 mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

I know the first 2 and the 4th one becuase they told me. The 3rd one I will have to say is the most interesting man in the world's dinner plate.
Holy crap. I just noticed that. With as many mesicans as we get at one meal we have to use disposable plates.
