Tied from last time but this time I did RX, not sure if can handle today's workout as my hands are throbbing today, slept with ice packs last night on them, my poor paws, I might do the 150 wall balls or something that doesn't involve grip strength today..

Maria, thanks for the veggies. The tomatoes and peppers were delicious. I fried them up with some ground beef and cabbage for lunch today.
