We had to do quite a bit of modifying last time this came around, so for those of you who'd prefer something else, you can choose to do the following in place of the above...

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
4 Burpees
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
12 Straight Legged sit-ups


I was really impressed yesterday with all the newer members. We did quite a few complicated movements, and everyone really came through on technique. Great job all around!
