7 Muscle-ups
21 Burpees
Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.
Compare to 081008.
I figured burpees are the perfect way to start off the week! If you can't do muscle ups, then we'll sub in pull-ups and dips.

The Saturday 9 AM crew finishes up the thruster/wall-ball WOD. It seems the Saturday morning numbers are a bit lower than they used to be. Is there another time you'd like to see available?

Not sure what bands the girls were using.
It sucked.
In the fall I'd do an 7 or 8 just to get it out of the way for the day.
I will be there at 5. I sually make it on saturdays but we been having sport tourneys. But I will continue when im free.
Yes it was a tough one today.
