Its been a while since we've done a tabata WOD, so I thought it would be a good time to throw it in. We will be doing eight sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest of each of the following: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. You will complete all eight sets of one exercise before moving on to the next. You will add up your total reps from each set for your total score.

That "Tabata" is really "Something Else"!!!! But, felt good afterwards.

Ok I just have to correct one little thing because I am a little bummed but I have made dome progress...I was on the purple band that looks like a piece of ribbon and helps only mentally. =).
