Wednesday 090729

For those of you interested in completing the main site WOD, we will be running the 10K from the gym at 7 PM sharp! That means be warmed up and ready to run by 6:59 PM! There will not be a regular 7 PM class.

We will have an alternate WOD for the 6 AM and the 5 and 6 PM classes.
For time:
Row 500M
5 rounds of:
-Medicine ball cleans, 10 reps
-Box jumps, 10 reps
Run 400M


Due to the success of the 6AM class, we will be expanding the schedule to include Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning next week. The 6AM class will now be held Monday through Friday. Thanks for all of the support, and keep the referrals coming!

Great picture. Celebrating a little too soon. 6am classes just in time. 4 of us start football practice Monday through Friday next week. Coaching that is, not playing.

Well, "Cindy" slapped me silly today. I couldn't get my previous mark of 14 rounds. I only got 11 rounds + 5 pullups + 10 Pushups. Samsonite...I was way off!

Football equipment handout is today. I am very excited.

A true 10k this morning. Felt good this time but still sucked. 1:03:10 beat my last time by 40 seconds. A win's a win.

Any iPhone users iMapMyRun is a great app that tracks your run and times you. It also notfies you of your distance and time at what ever intervals you want. Real cool.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't a burpee include a lot of achellies tendon action? I call BS on that. He's just trying to be the "one up" guy. "Oh, you ran 10K, I ran 20K".

Yeah I'm with you on that one Jeremy. I would think your achellies would be a major factor in trying to complete 1000 burpees.
