Saturday 090711

Main site WOD:

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

If we have enough people, and everyone is keen on doing a group WOD instead, I've got something in mind.


Reminders:
1. Tomorrow - water skiing at Fox River, courtesy of Kathy. We will be leaving from the gym at 7:30 AM if you want to carpool (Not 7:35 or 7:40, but 7:30!!!). Otherwise, see the comments section for more info. I'll be making a food list, so check back later today.
