I love this pic! The back of Ian's shirt kept getting caught underneath the rower seat. Instead of taking his time to get off the rower and tuck in his shirt, he made the quickest fix and bit down, literally. It's that kind of mentality that makes CrossFit so great - do whatever it takes to get the job done correctly in the most efficient manner.
Okay, due to the limited responses I received about this Saturday, we will be holding a workout at 10:00 AM at the Lake Park High School track. All are invited! Tell anyone and everyone about the free workout along with membership specials for those who sign up that day. Please note that there will be no 9:00 AM class at the gym.

I wish I could make the 10am workout at Lake Park. I have a party to set up for at home that starts at 12noon. I might be able to make the 9am session at the gym.
There is NO 9am session at the gym. Peewee, you will be the only one there stuck in the parking lot if you go.
I will go at 10am on Saturday.
I will try to make the session at 5...I was planning on taking rest, but this one looks like it will hurt, but a good one.

Welcome back George! I won't be in today. Rest day... Ran 10K last night in 66 minutes 26 seconds. I'm happy I was able to run the entire time. It's my first run of that distance in a very long time.
