We might have to do quite a bit of modifying to today's WOD, but we'll get through it.

I modified this one some. I did 3 dips, 3 strict pull ups, 8 push up, 16 1 pood kettle bell swings. I did 14 rounds in 20 minutes

I am big time sore on my legs and butt cheeks!

Will not be able to make the Sunday outing. We, CrossFit Roselle, have our softball tournament at Schaumburg Flyers stadium this Saturday and Sunday.

I think I'm ready for today's workout

Hey gang!

Andy brings up a good point. We have a tournament this Saturday at the Schaumburg Flyers stadium. The tournament starts Saturday and ends Sunday. We are representing Crossfit Roselle so the gym should get a lot of exposure since this is a Chicago wide tournament. It's not the same team as our regular Thursday league. We usually do tournaments every year and split the teams between our team and another team (Finish Line). They're a good bunch of guys.

Last year we took 2nd place at the Roselle Park District tournament. Hopefully we can make you proud this year.

If anyone is interested in attending the tournament our first game starts at 9 am on Saturday July 11th. Our second game is at 4 pm.

Not that anyone gives a damn but check this out. I started Crossfit 1 year ago tomorrow. When I started I was at a 40 inch waist, 18.5 inch neck and 250lbs. It was sad.

I went to get fitted for a tux today and I measured in at a 36 inch waist, a 17 inch neck and I now weigh 205lbs.

What a difference. This stuff really works.

That's funny, I actually started doing crossfit one year ago today. On 7/8/08, Angie took me over 33 minutes.

I'll celebrate my one year anniversary with a rest day after yesterday's ass/morale-kicking.

Mine is 10/13/08 with a couple months off due to surgery and herniated discs in the neck.

Started at 235lbs and 38in waist and neck like the incredible hulk. Now I'm skinnayyy. Huh?
