Thursday 090702

Stretch/roll out joints followed by CFWU x 3 rounds. We're going to try this as a group to see how it works out. Please be sure to show up on time.

20 knees to elbows
10 burpees

We will be having morning classes as scheduled this Saturday, July 4th. If you know of someone interested in trying a free workout, bring them along!

I'm questionable for today. That 10k wrecked me and I feel like I got hit by a truck. I will see how I feel later in the day.

I won't be in tonight, going waterskiing tonight. Anyone interesting in a ski this weekend?
